Technical questions can be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days
a year from the online Hardy WebTech Knowledgebase that gets smarter every time it is used. WebTech was developed with real questions and answers from Hardy customers just like you. Your questions have probably been asked and answered before, so you can quickly find the information you need. If you can’t find the answer to your question, post your question on WebTech and it will be typically answered the same day (not counting weekends).

Phone Support
Hardy Process Solutions Tech Support department's normal working hours are from 6:00am to 5:30pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. During these normal working hours you can call us at 800-821-5831 or 858-278-2900, Extension 9550 or option 4. If you have an emergency outside of these hours you can call an off-duty technician (who will probably be home) at the same phone number and extension. You will be asked to leave a message and the technician will be paged. He will call in and retrieve your message and call you back, typically within one hour. Be sure to leave your name and call back phone number. The emergency phone number should only be used in emergency situations, such as a production line being shut down or to get one of our field service personnel to your location. Please do not use this emergency extension to call for pricing, application support, part numbers, product lead time or any other non-emergency situation.
